Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, booking, or accepting cleaning services from 7Care Cleaning ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

7Care Cleaning provides residential cleaning services including, but not limited to, standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out cleaning. The specific scope of each cleaning is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify the services offered at any time.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24–48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your time slot to other customers. We understand that circumstances arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and Venmo. Failure to provide payment at the time of service may result in suspension of future bookings. Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee.

5. Cleaning Products and Materials

7Care Cleaning primarily uses non-toxic, eco-friendly cleaning products that are designed to be safe for your family, children, and pets. We also use microfiber towels, which are highly effective at trapping dirt and bacteria without the need for harsh chemicals.

While we take care to select products that are safe and effective, individual sensitivities and allergies vary. If you have specific concerns, allergies, or preferences regarding the products used in your home, including sensitivities to fragrances, specific chemicals, or ingredients, please contact us before your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide 7Care Cleaning with reasonable access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property at the scheduled appointment time due to circumstances within your control, a trip fee or full service charge may apply.

By allowing our team access to your property, you confirm that you are the property owner or have been granted permission to authorize cleaning services at that location.

7. Satisfaction and Re-Cleans

We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of every clean. If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a re-clean.

8. Damage to Property

7Care Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a cleaning, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to address the situation promptly and fairly. We are not responsible for damage to items that were pre-existing, fragile, improperly secured, or not disclosed prior to the cleaning.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7Care Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Service Area

7Care Cleaning currently serves Omaha, Nebraska and surrounding communities within approximately a 30-mile radius, including Elkhorn, Bennington, Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, Gretna, Valley, and other nearby areas. We reserve the right to decline service outside of our coverage area.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
